Welcome to our shop! If you visit our shop it means that you automatically accept all these terms and conditions. Please carefully read all information concerning our guidelines, terms and agreements.
Payment Method Accepted: EFT Only
Payment on invoice ONLY (due to stock availability). All orders are picked and packed before your invoice is emailed through to you for payment. In this way, we are able to ensure that you receive exactly what you pay for and avoid any errors whereby payments are made for out of stock items.
Banking details are indicated at the base of every invoice.
Once you have placed your order, we will double-check our stock availability and send your invoice/order due for payment. As soon as payment has been received, we will place your order and arrange for ‘in-store collection’ or simply ship it off to you!

Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers and will be considered a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications. Our company is located in South Africa and the laws of the country shall govern any interpretation of these terms and conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
A flat rate Courier Fee of R115.00 applies to all orders except those items flagged as exceptions on our website.
Free shipping is only valid on standard shipping items on orders of R650 or more. Free shipping is not valid on plus-size shipping items.
Free shipping is applied AFTER all other promo codes have been applied.
We always aim to get your order shipped timeously.
Parcels are usually delivered within 3 – 4 days from date of payment being received.
Whilst we always endeavor to ensure your parcel is delivered within this time frame, shipping is out of our control and delays may occur on the odd occasion.
We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping requirements.

Privacy & Security
Our website www.myartshop.co.za sells art and craft supplies online. The use of any product bought from this website is at the purchaser’s (buyers) own risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds My Art Shop harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through our e-commerce facility, namely the user’s personal information, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by My Art Shop and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number, will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
My Art Shop cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse our website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
My Art Shop will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. We will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us, but within 3 months of you receiving it. All products must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused. We allow refunds as long as proof is provided that the item was purchased from My Art Shop.
If the product is defective or incorrect as per your order, we will send you a replacement free of charge, but only once we receive the defective/incorrect product from you. In order to accept your returned item, please ensure that you contact us via email beforehand. For all returns, please include the following information:
- Postal and delivery address
- E-mail address
- Contact number
All orders can be done online via this website. We do allow collections, telephonic and email ordering, however, it is preferred that you place an order via our online store.

The pricing listed on this site is the price you will pay for the item. Promotions are advertised on the site.
You can view or follow up on an order at any time by logging into your www.myartshop.co.za profile. Should you have checked out using the guest checkout method, please contact email@example.com and we will assist you. Please remember to include your order number and details for swift responses and order verification.
It is important to ensure that your information is correct and updated at all times. Incorrect details may result in the delay of your products and or additional shipping/clearance costs by the shipping vendor.
