The Winsor & Newton Classic canvas range offers a refined selection of cotton canvasses. Stretched by hand, each acid-free, archival canvas is primed with highly pigmented titanium dioxide Gesso for superior coverage and performance. The archival cloths give balanced absorbency and tooth which gives improved adhesion and responsiveness to every brushstroke. The frames are professionally constructed, crafted from kiln-dried solid Fir and Paulownia wood and the stretcher bars are rigorously tested for warp-resistance. The canvas is stapled at the back with folded uncut corners for a professional finish to allow artwork to be produced on all 4 edges of the canvas. 350gsm
